Duravit SensoWash® Classic: Shower Toilet
Product description

Philippe Starck not only designed Duravit's first shower toilet, the SensoWash® Starck, but also wrote the sequel with the SensoWash® Classic. The name "Classic" is a nod to the original, classic SensoWash® style, but we have continued to develop the toilet lid/seat combination in terms of both its appearance and the technology involved. This is how the modern, reduced design was created, with its defining characteristics being the comparatively compact technical unit combined with extensive functions for maximum comfort. Available in different versions, the SensoWash® Classic shower-toilet seat can be combined with a number of Duravit toilets.

SensoWash® Classic: Premium materials and quality

To meet the highest quality standards, only premium materials are used in the production of SensoWash® Classic shower toilets:
• Thermoplastic toilet seat and lid: Robust, durable plastic that retains its shape
• Shower wand made of high-quality, rustproof stainless steel
• Elegant cover with the look of glass (material: PMMA) with illuminated touch buttons (on/off, Bluetooth)

Installation Systems and Toilet Series for SensoWash® Classic

DuraSystem® - installation system

DuraSystem® installation components offer reliable, concealed solutions for toilets. Faster, safer and lower-priced installation is guaranteed in all standard installation situations. The technology can be seen and operated thanks to the high-quality flush plates. Available for toilets with mechanical or electronic flushing, they blend seamlessly into any bathroom design thanks to their clean and timelessly modern look.

SensoWash® Classic is sustainable

Like all shower toilets from Duravit, the SensoWash® Classic models are also energy-efficient, environmentally friendly and meet all the requirements for domestic water use. In order to minimize the amount of materials used and avoid unnecessary energy consumption, SensoWash® Classic comes with an on-demand water heater, a programmable energy-saving function for the seat heating and an auto-stop function for all shower functions (which will stop after two minutes). The on-demand water heater only heats as much water as is needed at any given time. The reduced use of toilet paper also protects the environment.

Design by Philippe Starck

Only a designer like Philippe Starck can call apartments, houses and offices his personal museums. Because that’s where you'll find his tableware, his chairs, his lemon squeezers, his bath products.
