Project Introduction

Agile Vientiane County is Agile Real Estate's new city-building practice, which integrates the functions of living, business, ecology and investment. More than 100,000 square meters of commercial facilities, with 1 mountain, 2 springs, 2 parks, 9 congresses and other livable resources supporting. The region has grafted multiple project values to create a new template for Agile Real Estate to build cities.

The project covers an area of 220,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 720,000 square meters. The architectural style is "modern and simple". Through the collocation of various color bars, the new residential style is interpreted, reflecting the concise, atmospheric and noble temperament of the project architecture.

The project is divided into four phases, one of which is a pure commercial living commercial block, covering an area of 55-290 square meters of floor and duplex shops. The second phase of the project consists of 7 32-storey bungalow units, covering an area of 95-142 square meters of three-room and four-room units. Bungalow layout adopts an enclosure layout design, starting from the southeast entrance of the project, forming a north-south landscape axis, connecting the landscape ecological lake, gardens, swimming pool and sloping grassland to achieve a multi-level and multi-scenic three-dimensional landscape.
